Traditional Sambhar
A lentil and vegetable stew from the south of India, made with a unique housemade spice blend that is made fresh. Perfect with white rice, and also with pooris.
16 oz (half quart) each
Idli
A classic breakfast from the south of India. This is steamed from a batter that is first ground fresh at our kitchen from idli rice and organic gota (full) urad dal, and then fermented overnight. No store-bought idli-rava here!!
They keep well in a fridge for upto 5 days, and can be microwaved as needed (wrapped in a damp paper-towel).
